DALLAS - Two West Texas billionaire brothers have acquired their first Dallas property in Uptown: Advancial Tower, a 17-story, 147,252-sf Class A office building. The seller was Charter Holdings.

The Dallas Central Appraisal District values the property at $16.25 million.

Dan and Farris Wilks, creators of Cisco-based Frac Tech Services, purchased the property at 1845 Woodall Rodgers Freeway.

Improving the quality of Advancial Tower — which has an occupancy rate of 95 percent — will come down to maximizing the efficiency of the building's operations.
