FRISCO – North Carolinas-based apartment firm Bell Partners Inc. has purchased the Class A Broadstone Stonebriar Apartments.
The 208-unit rental community is located on Town and Country Boulevard, just west of Legacy Dr. and south of Stonebriar Country Club.
Units average 888 sf. The apartment will be renamed to Bell Stonebriar.
