SAN ANTONIO - CapLease Inc. has closed on its purchase of the two-story, 96,000-sf office building at 5859 Farinon Dr. The New York-based real estate investment trust paid $18.1 million for the Class A property in Northwest San Antonio.
Approximately 71 percent of the building is leased through May 2021 to Becton, Dickinson and Company.
The remaining square footage in the building is leased through October 2022 to United Healthcare Services Inc.
