HOUSTON – Gilbane Building Co. was selected to complete an $18 million buildout project for The Methodist Hospital System to add more research facilities.
Gilbane Building Co. will construct about 70,000 sf of office and lab space at The Methodist Hospital Research Institute in the Texas Medical Center.
Construction is scheduled to begin in first quarter 2013.
