HOUSTON - Two multifamily communities changed hands recently in Houston totaling 331 units.

San Diego-based Pacifica Cos. sold Oaks of Westchase, a 182-unit apartment complex in the Westchase submarket, to locally based Mosaic Residential Inc.

The 202,604-sf property is at 2851 Wallingford Dr. The two-story complex was delivered in 1983.

Greenwich, Conn.-based Starwood Capital Group sold Clarke Springs in the South submarket. A private investment group acquired the 149-unit asset at 15706 Clarke Springs Dr.
