Cornerstone nabs Austin’s Travis Oaks

AUSTIN – Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers has purchased Travis Oaks at Southwest Parkway, a 123,513-sf multitenant office building, in Southwest Austin.

The building is located at 5113 Southwest Pkwy. and was 93 percent leased at the time of sale.
