Reliant-Austin sells for $30.6 million

AUSTIN – Reliant-Austin — the 60-bed, 66,095-sf rehabilitation hospital — has been sold by developer JayRyCo Development for $30.6 million. The new owner is Healthcare Realty Trust and the property is 100 percent leased to Reliant Hospital Partners.

The rehab hospital, which opened summer 2012, is situated on 4.1 acres at 330 W. Ben White Blvd. and is near St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, South Austin Cardiac Rehab, Austin Regional Clinic and Texas Oncology South Austin.
