HARKER HEIGHTS – Harker Heights City Council has approved the preliminary plat for The Grove at Whitten Place, a 100-acre, 267-lot housing development on the east side of Verna Lee Blvd. north of Chaucer Ln. RSBP Developers can now move forward with construction.
