AUSTIN – New condominiums sold in downtown Austin are averaging a sales price of more than $1 million for the first time, according to the Downtown Austin Blog.
The Austonian, Four Seasons Residences, W Hotel Residences and Spring Condos accounted for 124 new sales during 2012.
The numbers released by Capitol Market Research focuses on new construction, not resales, and includes sales made during the past 12 months.
