Seattle firm buys big in Dallas

DALLAS – Seattle-based Talon Private Capital has bought 2525 McKinnon, an eight-story, 111,722-sf office building in Uptown Dallas. The Class A office building was purchased from KBS Capital Advisors and is 100 percent leased.
