Museum Tower condos hit the Dallas market
DALLAS – The 42-story Museum Tower has been completed and Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has begun marketing the condominiums.
There is a three-year plan to sell out the condominiums in the tower, according to Robbie Briggs, CEO of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s.
In November 2012, Museum Tower announced it would offer a two-year, money back guarantee to condo buyers. In November, the Dallas Morning News reported that 15 of the more than 100 units were sold.
The tower’s internal sales team has been working on the presales of the condo homes, which are close to Museum Tower’s projected sales plan, according to Steve Sandborg, vice president of sales and marketing at Museum Tower.
