SAN ANTONIO – The 218,436-sf Stone Ridge Market has been sold as part of necessity-based shopping centers buy in Oklahoma and Texas. The Texas retail center is located at the northwest quadrant of US Highway 281 and Evans Road Junction

Stone Ridge Market’s tenant roster includes PetSmart, Sports Authority and Half Price Books. The property is shadow-anchored by H-E-B’s newest store format, a 168,000-sf HEB plus! store.

Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc. also bought Rockwell Plaza, a 254,690-sf shopping center in Oklahoma City.

The real estate investment trust paid $94.7 million for both properties.
