NORTH TEXAS - UCR Investment Sales has closed on the sale of seven — Celina, Roanoke, Richardson, Fort Worth, Balch Springs, Childress, Athens — Texas retail properties totaling 87,652 sf. The deals involved six different sellers in seven transactions.

  • Balch Springs: Lake June Commons is a 5,625-sf retail center on Lake June Rd. and Ranchway Ln. Tenants include GameStop, T-Mobile, and CashMax.
     
  • Celina: The Shops at Carter Ranch include a 29,352-sf neighborhood center and pad site on Preston Rd. at the entrance to the Carter Ranch residential neighborhood in Celina. Tenants include Sherwin Williams and Dickey’s Barbeque.
     
  • Fort Worth: North Main Street Center is an 11,339-sf neighborhood center at 3209 N. Main St. Tenants include TitleMax, Jackson-Hewitt, and Boost Mobile.
     
  • Roanoke: Roanoke Center is a 23,226-sf neighborhood center at 611 Dallas Dr. Tenants include Baylor Healthcare and Goodwill.
     
  • Richardson: A 3,010-sf 7-Eleven store was purchased on a 68,867-sf ground lease. The store is located at 4180 Renner Rd.


Other areas include:

  • Athens: A 6,800-sf retail property was purchased on East Tyler St. The two tenants are Hibbett Sports and Cashmax.
     
  • Childress: An 8,300-sf retail center was purchased on US 287 at US 83. Tenants are O’Reilly Auto Parts and Cashmax.
