EL PASO – River Oaks Properties has purchased the Coronado Shopping Center at Mesa and Sunland Park on the West Side.
River Oaks bought the 137,000-sf center from Rich Development Enterprises of San Pedro, Calif.
River Oaks also bought the Starbucks building located on the edge of the center in a separate deal with Kirk Robison, owner of the El Paso Peter Piper Pizza franchises.
Lowe’s Big 8 Supermarket, Auto Zone, Carl’s Jr. and Harbor Freight Tools are among tenants in the fully occupied center, said River Oaks President Adam Frank.
