SAN ANTONIO – Two multifamily properties — the Portofino at 9400 Fredricksburg and the Montage at North Point at 3601 Magic Dr. — were sold to a private California buyer. The multifamily portfolio totals 480 units.
Portofino was assessed at $9.7 million, while Montage at North Point was assessed at $7 million. San Antonio Commercial Advisors brokered the sales.
