TEMPLE - The new $6 million, 40,000-sf Sparetime Entertainment bowling alley and amusement complex will launch in March 2013, according to Mike Emmons, the developer. It will be at 205 Loop and W. Adams Ave.

The center was originally set to open this winter, but it was delayed early-on by heavy rains in March 2012. The facility will bring 24 bowling lanes, laser tag and an arcade to the city.

The business will employ 25 full-time and 55 part-time workers. It is required to hire at least 75 to receive an already approved five-year, 100-percent tax abatement from the city that is estimated to be worth $56,790.
