Constructed in 2008, Greystar Cypress Village is located within Houston’s first transit-oriented mixed-use lifestyle development which includes 100,000 sf of retail space and a 1,500 space parking facility for the Cypress Park & Ride.
The apartment community is 97 percent occupied.
The population is projected to grow more than 23 percent within a one-mile radius of the property over the next five years.
