Garland’s Shiloh Square switches hands

GARLAND – Shiloh Square shopping center at 2334 W. Buckingham Rd. has been purchased by California-based investment group AVG Partners. The 85,410-sf retail property is valued at $6 million, according to the Dallas Central Appraisal District.

The shopping center sits on 9.56 acres across the street from North Garland High School.
