HOUSTON - A joint venture between Trammell Crow Co. and Principal Real Estate Investors (PREI) has broken ground on the 546,372-sf Energy Center Three, a 20-story office building located on the southwest corner of I-10 and N. Eldridge Pkwy. in the Energy Corridor.
Construction costs only are estimated at $87 million, according to state filings.
Trammell Crow and PREI expect to deliver the Class AA project in fourth quarter 2014. The precertified LEED Gold office building is the first phase of a multi-phase office development. The 18.9-acre property will also include a nine-level, freestanding parking garage.
