LEWISVILLE - Huffines Communities has begun construction of the next phase of Hebron 121 Station, a 90-acre apartment community adjacent to I-35E, SH 121 and the Denton County Transit Authority Rail Station.

Construction plans include adding 444 one- and two-bedroom apartments, a 14,000-sf clubhouse, expansion of the lakefront boardwalk and additional village greens.

The apartment community's phase two is scheduled for completion by late summer 2014. The 234 apartments already within the community are 98 percent occupied.

The entire Hebron 121 Station project — 1,700 apartments and related transit-oriented development commercial and retail space — is expected to be finished by 2018.

Hebron 121 Station will be near a bridge that the City of Lewisville recently committed funding to build. The bridge will form the main entrance to the community across Timber Creek from the I-35E service road. It is expected to be operational in 2014.
