HOUSTON – Principal Real Estate Investors (PREI) has acquired 2000 St. James Place, a 336,980-sf office building in the Galleria submarket.

The 13-story Class A office property, formerly known as the Minute Maid Building, is 100 percent occupied under a long-term lease to Weatherford International.
