Cedar Park ground breaks at Scottsdale Crossing

CEDAR PARK – Real estate group TIG broke ground on the first building in Scottsdale Crossing Commerce Park, located on the east side of Toll 183A. The 27,500-sf facility will be the first large office space constructed in Cedar Park in the past five years.

The facility is the first of seven planned office flex spaces that can be customized for future tenants. Ideally, the space will be leased to one or two large businesses and used to house administrative and possibly manufacturing operations.

The office buildings are part of a 160-acre mixed-use development that includes plans for retail, restaurant, medical and professional facilities. Additionally, Milestone Community Builders will begin construction this spring on the first of 84 homes at the northern portion of the site.
