KELLER – Christ’s Haven for Children foster care center, which provides foster care for infants to young adults, has sold 96 acres at Keller-Haslet Rd. and Park Vista Blvd. to Dallas-based developer Hanover Property Co.

Hanover Property Co. is planning a new development, called Steadman Farms, which will include about 300 single-family homes.

The land, among the last large undeveloped parcels in far north Tarrant County, runs from Keller-Haslet on the north and Park Vista to the east, and stretches 22 acres south of Timberland Blvd., which will be extended through the property.
