FORT WORTH, GRAND PRAIRIE – UCR Investment Sales has arranged the sale of Carrier Towne Crossing and Southwest Crossing for $36.9 million.

  • Fort Worth: The 113,528-sf Southwest Crossing shopping center is located at 200 SW. Loop 820. Notable tenants include Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Garden Ridge, PetSmart, Cavender’s and a Lifeway Christian Store.
     
  • Grand Prairie: The 89,873-sf Carrier Towne Crossing shopping center is located at S. Carrier Pkwy. and I-20. Notable tenants include Target, Home Depot, Party City, Chase Bank, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks.

The two retail centers were part of a five-property portfolio sold by Illinois-based Retail Properties of America Inc. as part of a strategic plan to strengthen the company’s balance sheet.
