Prologis NorthPark spec industrial started

HOUSTON – Prologis Inc. has broken ground on two speculative distribution facilities at Prologis Park Northpark, totaling more than 282,000 sf. The two buildings, located between Airtex and Richey Rd. off I-45, are 174,000 and 108,000 sf. At total build out, the park is expected to reach 1.2 million sf.

"With our Houston portfolio 98 percent leased, we are excited to break ground simultaneously on two Class A distribution buildings," Ross Matthews, senior vice president Prologis Houston.

Within the Houston market, Prologis owns and manages more than 10 million sf of distribution space across 81 facilities.
