HOUSTON – TransCanada Corp. signed a new lease in December 2012 to occupy 180,084 sf at Bank of America Center, located at 700 Louisiana St. in the Central Business District.
The company will call this space its U.S. business headquarters for ANR Pipeline and plans to occupy six full floors in the building.
The company’s move from 717 Texas will begin in July 2013 and is expected to be completed by mid-2015.
