DALLAS - The 80,000-sf Knox Park Village at the southwest corner of North Central Expy. and Knox St. has been sold to a family investment partnership from Leonard, Texas, in Fannin County northeast of McKinney.
The property was sold by a California-based investment firm and there was about $18.5 million in debt on the deal, according to county deed records.
Built in 2002, the five-story project includes an underground parking garage and is home to restaurants including Pei-Wei Asian Diner and Fadi’s Mediterranean Grill.
