FORT WORTH – FTS International has put its 550,000-sf industrial building on the market. The facility, which is located at 4601 Gold Spike Dr., was purchased in May 2011 from ConAgra Foods. The Tarrant Appraisal District has valued the building at $9.4 million.

FTS International would only confirm that the building in the Railhead Industrial Park is for sale, but would not comment on why the company changed its mind about moving in.

FTS International, a provider of hydraulic fracturing and other services to the oil and gas industry, employs approximately 3,500 people, including almost 1,100 in Tarrant and Parker Counties. FTS also has other operational, maintenance, logistical and manufacturing facilities in Fort Worth, Aledo and Cisco.

FTS International was formerly known as Frac Tech Services.
