CORPUS CHRISTI – Multifamily statistics for the Corpus Christi area have been provided by San Antonio-based Apartment MarketData Research.
The area’s apartments remained relatively affordable in the three months ending December 2012, as Corpus Christi’s units averaged $0.855 per sf, compared to an average of $0.912 for all of Texas’ metro areas.
Corpus Christi’s occupancy in units built since 2000 slightly outpaced the Texas metro average, with a 98.2 percent occupancy rate in the area, compared to 96.8 percent for the Texas metro average.
