BEAUMONT – Multifamily statistics for the Beaumont area have been released by San Antonio-based Apartment MarketData Research.
The area’s apartments remained relatively affordable in the three months ending December 2012, as Beaumont’s units averaged $0.809 per sf, compared to an average of $0.912 for all of Texas’ metro areas.
Beaumont’s occupancy in units built since 2000 outpaced the Texas metro average, with a 97.1 percent occupancy rate in the area, compared to 96.8 percent for the Texas metro average.
