Dallas: Billingsley Co. to develop center for Mattress Firm

DALLAS – Dallas-based Billingsley Co. is developing a 300,000-sf distribution center at Belt Line Rd. and President George Bush Turnpike for lead tenant Mattress Firm. The building is under construction and is scheduled for completion in July 2013.

The bedding retailer has signed a lease for 153,000 sf of distribution space.

Along with Mattress Firm, another undisclosed tenant has signed a lease for 106,000 sf. The remainder of the building, 41,000 sf, is available for lease. It is 86 percent leased.

Billingsley Co. plans to market the three acres of frontage along Belt Line Rd. in front of the new facility for retail development and pad sites.
