Dallas’ Forest Park Pavilion sells for $27 million

DALLAS – Forest Park Pavilion has been sold for $27 million to Healthcare Trust of America. The 70,000-sf primary physician-leased property is located near the southeast corner of North Central Expy. and LBJ Fwy.

The property is one of five buildings that make up the Forest Park Medical Center Dallas campus.

The acquisition is part of a larger $295 million investment in high-quality, on-campus or affiliate medical office business across the country that occurred last year.

Forest Park Pavilion is 100 percent leased by the group.
