Denison: 140,000-SF CIGNA building sold in Gateway Village

DENISON, GRAYSON COUNTY - Covenant Denison Holdings LLC has purchased the 140,000-sf, two-story office building at 4616 S. US 75. Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (CIGNA) leases the building.

The building is part of an 800-acre, master-planned development called Gateway Village, which is located at the intersection of FM 691 and US 75. Gateway Village is anchored by Texoma Medical Center, a newly built, 300-bed regional hospital; and Texoma Medical Plaza, a 60,000-sf medical office building.
