Medical offices underway in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH – Construction has started on the 60,000-sf, four-story medical office building at the northeast corner of Forest Park Blvd. and Rosedale St. The long-planned building is 50 percent pre-leased, and should be completed in May 2013.

The 9.9-acre site includes a Hilton Garden Inn. Another hotel, Homewood Suites, is also located on the property and will open summer 2013.
