EL PASO – The first Volkswagen dealership in West El Paso, Rudolph Volkswagen, recently opened at I-10 and Redd Rd. The 22,019-sf dealership, at 5505 S. Desert Blvd., is situated on three acres. Construction costs were estimated $2.9 million, according to state filings.
