HOUSTON – DriveTime Automotive Group Inc. has acquired 6335 Southwest Fwy. from East Freeway Properties LLC for $3.48 million, or about $68 per sf.
The single-story, 51,000-sf, Class B industrial building was built in 1968 and is in the Highway 59/90 (Alt) Industrial submarket.
