COPPELL – Houston-based Glazier Foods Co. has signed a long-term lease for 294,313 sf at 777 Freeport Pkwy.
Glazier Foods will get in excess of $7 million in tenant improvements to build out the space.
The food distributing company will move from its smaller facility in Farmers Branch.
