US Bank sells forclosed Arlington property

ARLINGTON – US Bank has sold the 30,478-sf Fielder Place to AVK Associates LLC, nearly eight months after it foreclosed on the property. Located at 1633 W. Division St., the building has five tenants.

Built in 1971, the two-story building is 40 percent leased.
