Forum Energy leases 108,639 sf of Duke office

HOUSTON – Forum Energy Technologies Inc. has signed a 108,639-sf lease at Sam Houston Crossing Two with landlord Duke Realty Corporation. The 159,056-sf office building is located at 10344 Sam Houston Park Dr.

Scheduled for completion in May 2013, Sam Houston Crossing Two is more than 68 percent preleased to Forum, who will occupy the second and third floors beginning in July 2013.

The Class A, tilt-wall concrete and glass facility is designed to LEED Certified standards, and construction costs are estimated at $10.3 million, according to state filings.
