AUSTIN – The 99,404-sf Barton Oaks Plaza has been acquired by California-based MIG Real Estate. The Class A office building is located at 901 South Mopac Expy., just minutes from downtown in Austin’s Southwest submarket.

Barton Oaks Plaza is currently 96 percent leased. The Southwest submarket recorded the highest suburban occupancy rate — 89.4 percent — and the second highest citywide absorption total — 213,000 sf — in the first half 2012, according to CBRE.
