Woodway Square’s 595 units sell near Houston Galleria

HOUSTON – The 595-unit Woodway Square, at 1200 Winrock Blvd. in the Galleria area, has been purchased by San Diego-based Fairfield Woodway Square LLC.

The Class A multifamily community, situated on 20.5 acres near San Felipe and Voss streets, is 93.6 percent leased and consists of one- and two-bedroom units averaging 1,002 sf each.

Amenities include a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, two tennis courts, four swimming pools, a dog park and a two-acre recreational park exclusively for residents.
