DALLAS, IRVING – California-based housing research firm CoreLogic confirmed it would relocate 500 of its North Texas workers into a new $68 million campus at Cypress Waters.

CoreLogic has established it plans to have Dallas-based Billingsley Co. build a new 327,183-sf office building within the Offices of Cypress Waters — at the northwest corner of Hackberry Rd. and Ranch Trail — which will serve as the operations site in Dallas-Fort Worth.

The new building is expandable to more than 400,000 sf of office space to handle future growth at CoreLogic, if needed.

Along with CoreLogic’s new building, Billingsley Co. plans to break ground on a new speculative four-story, 215,000-sf office building at Cypress Waters by the end of the month.

Parts of the big mixed-use project are located both in Dallas and Irving.
