Hillwood year in review at AllianceTexas

FORT WORTH – Hillwood Properties secured more than 5 million sf for new and existing tenants in 2012 at AllianceTexas, the company’s 17,000-acre, master-planned community.

Of the 5 million sf, more than 2.3 million is new absorption within the development. Of particular significance in 2012 was the completion of a build-to-suit lease for the 1.1 million-sf Amazon fulfillment center.

Other notable leases include Genco ATC, Martin Brower, LG Electronics, Exel and Grainger.
