STAFFORD – Flextronics Americas LLC has announced it will lay off about 150 employees at its Stafford facility at 10900 Cash Rd. in Stafford. The employees will be released between April and June.

Singapore-based Flextronics designs, manufactures and distributes electronic products to a variety of industries, including the energy, computing and medical industries.

According to the company’s website, it has more than 200,000 worldwide employees. The company said it is pursuing the layoffs because of “ongoing integration activities and strategic realignment of capabilities to meet current business needs.”
