Caddo Holdings acquires two Dallas offices

DALLAS – Caddo Holdings LLC has acquired two area office buildings containing almost 189,000 sf. Together the buildings are about 86 percent leased.

One building is the seven-story, 3500 Oak Lawn building at Lemmon Ave. and Oak Lawn Ave. The other property is the 4245 N. Central Expressway office building located near Knox Street.

Both Dallas office buildings were purchased from California investor M West Holdings.
