KINGWOOD – Construction has begun at the Northeast corner of US 59 and Northpark Dr. on a new flagship Kroger Grocery Store. The 123,000-sf store, at 25651 US 59, is expected to be the largest in Texas.
The new Kroger Marketplace is expected to open in the 24-acre Village at Northpark by October 2013. Construction costs are estimated at $5.2 million, according to state filings.
