LUBBOCK – Title One Digital Title Services has released its 2012 annual report of the Lubbock market. Below is an excerpt from the full report. The top subdivisions for the number of permits issued were located in the southwest portions of Lubbock.
For the third consecutive year, both Springfield and Quincy Park have been the top two subdivisions as to the number of permits issued.
The top eight listed all introduced new phases for 2012. Preston Park saw an influx of starter homes in its Preston Park Addition making it in the top 12 for the year.
