One, two, three buy centers on Coppell Trade

COPPELL – Dallas-based Invesco Real Estate has purchased three buildings — Trade Center I, II and IV — north of DFW International Airport on Regent Blvd. and Esters Blvd.

The purchased buildings total 1.4 million sf.

Trade Center II and IV are 92 percent leased to four tenants. Trade Center I is 100 percent leased. The properties were built between 2004 and 2008 and feature 30-foot to 34-foot clear heights, deep truck courts, ESFR sprinkler systems and showroom and office areas.
