Conn picks 321,135 SF for Dallas distribution hub

DALLAS – Beaumont-based electronics and appliance retailer Conn Appliance Inc. has leased 321,135 sf for its distribution center at 4800 Langdon Rd., near the L’Oreal distribution site.

The facility has about 7,000 sf of office and training center space. The majority of the space is planned for distribution purposes.

Conn Appliance plans to move into the South Dallas building in early summer 2013.
