BMW driving to Lancaster distribution hub

LANCASTER – Developer Prologis provided the first details of the new BMW parts warehouse after months of speculation. The industrial project, already under construction, is located on Danieldale Rd. just south of I-20.

The southern Dallas county building  will initially contain 282,000 sf with plans to enlarge the project to 370,000 sf.

The BMW regional distribution center will employ more than 65 people, and is expected to open later this year. San Francisco-based Prologis is the developer.
